Read over the ʻŌlelo Noʻeau (proverbs, sayings) below. Choose three and think of a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the saying. Write down the who, the where, and the what, and be ready to share it in class.
"No Kaʻaona, ke ona ia ala." - 2331
[He was born] in Kaʻaona, for he attracts.
"No kāhi ka pilikia, pau a pau." - 2332
When one is in trouble all [give aid].
